Gyms and trainers out here need to check themselves if they’re out here taking peoples money in the new year, promising change but don’t have any real connection, or care for the people they accepted money from. Don’t be that trainer out here selling pipe dreams to make an extra few $$$.

For those people that are trying to build a new lifestyle, I wish you the best and success with your goals. There are a lot of options and real coaches out there, you’ll find your tribe. I love your new year energy, lets git it 💥
